NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2019 and entered in Case No. 17-001970-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF REGINALD C. JACKSON, DECEASED, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIM AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of April 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
