NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-003666-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which CIT Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Robert Terrell, Jr., deceased, Andrew Christopher Terrell, Celena S. Dixon, Kharsima L. Kimble a/k/a Kharisma Levonne Kimble, Marcus Cornelius Terrell a/k/a Marcus C. Terrell, Pinellas County, Florida Clerk of the Circuit Court, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, , Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Sheniah Murray, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of April, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
