Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-AR3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and Josee G. Goudreault a/k/a Josee Goudreault a/k/a J. Goudreault are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 28, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
