NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2019 and entered in Case No. 16-000077-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005 5N, is Plaintiff and STEPHEN J. CASUCCI; AURORA P. BAUMGARTNER; et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, CPA Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of May 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
