NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2019, and entered in 18-004507-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF IRENE BALHARRIE A/K/A IRENE HELEN BALHARRIE, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SEMINOLE COUNTRY GREEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SANDRA BALHARRIE ; KIM WOJTECZKO are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 30, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 103D, SEMINOLE COUNTY GREEN CONDOMINUM, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 13 THROUGH 18, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 14 THROUGH 17, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 4848, PAGE 1456 THROUGH 1532, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE THEREOF.
