NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2019, and entered in 18-005626-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CVF II MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST II is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA ANN BATES; PINE RIDGE AT PALM HARBOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 30, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
