NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 18-003263-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE ROBERT BRENNER, TRUSTEE DATED JANUARY 6 1992, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Courts, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 9th day of April, 2019, the following described property:
UNIT 181-C, WINDING WOOD CONDOMINIUM V, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 56, 57 AND 58, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4485, PAGE 1615, BEING CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 76179279 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA., TO WHICH PLAT REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE FOR A MORE PARTICULAR DESCRIPTION OF SAID PROPERTY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
