NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 07, 2019, and entered in 13-007591-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. is the Plaintiff and HRLD ENTERPRISES, INC., AS TRUSTEE OF THE 3997 ELKCAM BOULEVARD SOUTHEAST LAND TRUST DATED AUGUST 24, 2005; BRUCE SHANKER; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE 3997 ELKCAM BOULEVARD SOUTHEAST LAND TRUST DATED AUGUST 24, 2005; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOSEPH KING; TENANT#2 N/K/A WILLIE KING are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 23, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
