NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-003997-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. , is the Plaintiff and La Puerta Del Sol Condominium Association Inc., Joseph M. Higgins, Tarheel Roofing, Inc , Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on 16th day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL; UNIT NO. 464, PHASE 12, OF LA PUERTA DEL SOL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 1 THROUGH 47, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED OFFICIAL RECORDS 4670, PAGE 1457 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
