NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, entered March 12, 2018, in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Condominium Unit No. 17-1706, Itopia Private Residences Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 14086, at Page 400, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
for cash in an Online Sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on April 11, 2019.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
