The action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas, Florida; Case No. 2018-CA-002884; and is styled NEW PENN FINANCIAL, LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING vs. ROGER A. HYDE A/K/A ROGER HYDE, ET AL.. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Sonia Henriques McDowell, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 255 S. Orange Ave., Ste. 900 Orlando, FL 32801-3454, on or before April 22, 2019, (or 30 days from the first date of publication) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
