NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 29, 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-004367-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and DANIEL LEON PARKS A/K/A DANIEL PARKS A/K/A DANIEL Leon PARKS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 01 day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 24, Together with the East 5 feet of vacated 10 foot alley lying West of said Lot 24 and lying between the North and South line of said Lot 24 extended West to the center of said alley, Ingram Place, According to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 32, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
