NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 6, 2019 in the above-styled cause, Ken Burke, Clerk, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 19, Wing “E” of ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT ONE, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2811, page 80, and as further described in Condominium Plat Book 2, Pages 77 and 78, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 A.M. on April 10, 2019, in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
