NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 23, 2019, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-002244-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Vicenta Escobedo, Aliso Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc., Citibank (South Dakota), N.A., are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 25th day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 3, OF ALISO RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 137 AND 138, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
