NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 27, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-00277 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor in interest to JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2006-AR3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR3, is the Plaintiff and Laurel Greens Condominium Association V, Inc., Cypress Woods Golf and Country Club Master Property Owners Inc., Joanne Marino, Joseph M. Marino, Unknown Party #1 nka Matthew Piccoli, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 19 day of April 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 102, BUILDING 55, IN LAUREL GREENS V CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3864, PAGE 803, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
