NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed February 13, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-000844 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and BRETT C. SVATOS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 105, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 97 THROUGH 105, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
