NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2017, and entered in 2010-CA-1983 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-9AR MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-9AR is the Plaintiff and THOMAS R. WILLIAMS; MARY WILLIAMS ; CENTURY BANK, FSB; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on April 19, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
