NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 24, 2018 entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-007684 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-20CB, MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-20CB is the Plaintiff and Kyle Wilson a/k/a Kyle D. Wilson; Crystal Wilson a/k/a Crystal D. Wilson; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 19, day of April, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, FOUR SEASONS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK IO, PAGE(S) 95 THROUGH 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
