NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of March, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 002059 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. C/O REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; DEBBIE SOYARS; JACKIE SOYARS; JERRY SOYARS; THOMAS C. SOYARS; RONALD SOYARS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A FLYNT KUSSMAUL; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF EMERSON K. SOYARS, JR. A/K/A EMERSON K. SOYARS A/K/A EMERSON KIPLING SOYARS, JR.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 18th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT THE CENTER OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, THENCE RUNNING EASTERLY 1017 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 290 FEET FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE EAST 90 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 100 FEET; THENCE WEST 90 FEET; THENCE NORTH 100 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING. TOGETHER WITH A BENEFICIAL EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE ROAD ADJOINING TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY ON THE EAST, NORTH TO FRUITVILLE ROAD
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
