NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAR 22, 2018, and entered in Case No. 36-2017-CA-002507 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-6, is the Plaintiff and Miriam Plain, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 23 day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
