NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-CA-002424 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Indenture Trustee for People's Choice Home Loan Securities Trust Series 2005-2 is the Plaintiff and Arelys Cano; Unknown Spouse of Arelys Cano; Mortgage Electronic Registration System, Inc., as nominee for People's Choice Home Loan, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the April 23, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 15, UNIT 4 OF LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
