NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, Filed 3/2/2018 entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-001791 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Russell Wayne Gaston a/k/a Russell W. Gaston are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT www.lee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on July 23, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 16, UNIT 4, SECTION 35, LEHIGH ACRES, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 254, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
