NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 13, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 18-CA-5085 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and PROTAX FINANCIAL, LLC and SEYMOUR HYMOWITZ are the Defendants. Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on April 17, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
The West 112.5 feet of Lot 2 and all of Lot 3 BLOCK 1, OAKLAND HILLS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 7, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
