NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 8, 2019, and entered in 17-CA-010168 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and JOSE ROSADO AKA JOSE J. ROSADO; MANHATTAN PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 30, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
