NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2019, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-009198 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wilmington Trust, National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as successor trustee to Citibank, N.A. as Trustee to Lehman XS Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005- 8, is the Plaintiff and Lilliana Decoursy, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Lehman Brothers Bank, FSB, Richard Decoursy, The Landings of Tampa Condominium Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1, Unknown Party #2, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 24th day of April, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
