GREGORY; TINA M. SMOOT A/K/A TINA SMOOT GREGORY; 10721 KEYS GATE DRIVE RESIDENTIAL LAND TRUST, LAND TRUST CAPITAL LLC, AS TRUSTEE; TOWNHOMES OF SUMMERFILED HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A MIKE PEREZ; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A CHERI PEREZ are the Defendant(s).
