NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2019, and entered in 17-CA-010301 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and ARTHUR S. BARLAAN A/K/A ARTHUR BARLAAN; JOCELYN L. BARLAAN A/K/A JOCELYN BARLAAN; LITHIA RIDGE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; GLORIA T. GARCIA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 24, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
