NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 20, 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-005175-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JOSEPH S. SLAMAR A/K/A JOSEPH STEPHAN SLAMAR, DECEASED; STATE OF FLORIDA; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, AN OFFICER OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are the defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 24th day of April 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
