NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 18-6336-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER D. HALL, SYLVIA MCKINNEY and DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC., MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2005-HEI, are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on April 18, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 52, HARBORDALE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, page 29 Z, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
