NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 18-5046-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and DAVID SCOTT TAYLOR is the Defendant. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on April 24, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Beginning 30 feet North and 180 feet East of Southwest corner of Northwest ¼ of Southwest ¼ of Section 30, township 31 South, Range 17 East, Pinellas County, Florida, run North 70 feet, East 40 feet, South 70 feet and West 40 feet to Point of Beginning.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
