NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5, 2019, entered in Case No. 18-002864-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc, Series 2005-9 is the Plaintiff and Margaret Lipinski a/k/a Margaret A. Lipinski a/k/a Margaret Ann Lipinski; Capital One Bank (USA), National Association f/k/a Capital One Bank; The Woods at Anderson Park Recreation Association, Inc.; The Woods at Anderson Park Homeowners Association, Inc. a/k/a Woods at Anderson Park Homeowners Association; LVNV Funding LLC; American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida; are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 132, THE WOODS AT ANDERSON PARK -UNIT 10A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
