THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 1, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF DEL MAR, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6769, PAGE 388, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6776, PAGE 1862 AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 100, PAGES 26 THROUGH 30, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 100, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Sara Collins, McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC, 225 E. Robinson St. Suite 155, Orlando, FL 32801 and file the original with the Clerk of the above- styled Court on or before April 29, 2019 or 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the reilef demanded in the Complaint.
