NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered March 19, 2019, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Apartment 305, WINSTON GATEWAY APARTMENTS NO. 1 CONDOMINIUM, as further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 2372, Page 121 and according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Page 42 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on April 23, 2019
