NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2019, and entered in 18-000274-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM E. KARNS; DEL MAR WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN BROKERS CONDUIT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 15, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 301, OF DEL MAR WEST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15407, PAGES 1980 THROUGH 2022; TOGETHER WITH AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICAL RECORDS BOOK 15407, PAGES 2023 THROUGH 2026, AND AS SHOWN PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 145, PAGES 7 THROUGH 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
