BUGEJA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES J. BUGEJA N/K/A RUTH ANN BUGEJA A/K/A RUTH ANN MULLIN; UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA; WELLS FARGO BANK N.A. SUCCESSOR TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK OF FLORIDA; are the Defendant(s).
