CITY OF DUNEDIN Pre-Qualification Statement and Questionnaire for the Construction of an EOC/Fire Training Center RFQ 19-1129
The City of Dunedin, Florida will accept pre-qualification statements from contractors desiring to become pre-qualified to bid on the construction of a new Emergency Operations Center/Fire Training Center (the “EOC”). Pre-qualified contractors will be the only contractors permitted to bid on the construction of the new EOC. The EOC will contain approximately 5,696 square feet of space. The EOC will be constructed at the site of Fire Station #62 located at 2833 Belcher Road Dunedin, FL 34698. Design of the EOC is ongoing. The City anticipates a one story building designed to a Category 5 storm standard. Only contractors with specific and demonstrated experience in the construction of fire stations and/or emergency operations centers (EOC) will be considered for pre-qualification for this project work.

Qualification responses are due no later than the time and date noted above. Any packets received after that date and time will not be opened. Any individual requiring special assistance must notify the Purchasing Office in writing 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made.
