CITY OF DUNEDIN FURNISH & INSTALL SHADE STRUCTURES AT TWO CITY LOCATIONS RFP 19-1127
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) PROCEDURES
The City of Dunedin (the “City”) is soliciting proposals from licensed Contractors (The “Contractor”) qualified to furnish and install shade structures at two City locations. The awarded contractor will be required to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to design, manufacture and install the fabric shade structures. The work will be completed at the City's Weaver Park located at 1258 Bayshore Blvd. and the Dunedin Community Center located at 1920 Pinehurst Ave.
Proposals shall be based on the attached Scope of Work. The Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) may be picked up at the address below. You may also email your request to [email protected] or you may download the RFP from www.demandstar.com.
Sealed Proposals. Responses to this RFP (please submit one unbound original, five (5) copies and one cd/thumb drive copy) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly identified as:

All proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond drawn in favor of the City of Dunedin in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount base bid. Proposals are due no later than the date and time noted above. Any proposal received after that date and time will not be accepted. Any individual requiring special assistance must notify the Purchasing Office in writing 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days, from the opening date, without the consent of the City of Dunedin, Florida.
