ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The School Board of Pinellas County, Florida will receive sealed bids in the Purchasing Department of the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida 301 - Fourth Street S.W., Largo, Florida 33770-3536 until 3:00 pm local time, on April 23, 2019 for the purpose of selecting a Contractor for supplying all labor, material, and ancillary services required for the scope listed below.

Exterior Painting, Waterproofing and Stucco Repair

Lakewood Elementary School, 4151 6th St. So. St. Petersburg, FL 33705


SCOPE OF PROJECT: The Florida licensed General or Building or Painting Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to complete the exterior painting, waterproofing and stucco repair work as per plans and specifications.

BID & PERFORMANCE SECURITY: Bid and Performance Security is required with this bid

LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: A Florida licensed General, Building or Painting Contractor

PRE-BID CONFERENCE

A pre-bid conference will be held at the facilities below on the dates and times listed:

Highpoint Elementary School, April 9, 2019 @ 11:30 a.m.
Lakewood Elementary School, April 9, 2019 @ 9:30 a.m.

Please sign in at the Main Office and you will be escorted or directed to the pre-bid room for the “official” sign in. Attendance at this pre-bid conference is MANDATORY in order for all potential bidders to receive the benefit of answers to theirs and other's technical questions first hand.

The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids.
