That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit #572, Bldg. #57, Phase 1, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Easements, Terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of The Woods at Anderson Park, a Phase Condominium as recorded in OR Book 5732, Pages 799 through 893, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 76, Pages 44 thru 67, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 79, Page 40, Condominium Plat Book 83, Page 54 and Condominium Plat book 94, Page 45, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
