Final Judgment was awarded on March 22, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-010913-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-E, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-E is the Plaintiff, and PWOTE MALAFA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN; CROSS CREEK OF OCOEE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on May 23, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57, CROSS CREEK AT OCOEE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33,. PAGES 30-31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
