NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018-CA-003914-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-RS1 is the Plaintiff and Betty K. Lombardi; Unknown Spouse of Betty K. Lombardi are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 24th day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 35 FT. OF LOT 11, ARBOR WOODS NORTH, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
