NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 4, 2019, and entered in Case No. 48-2018-CA-000825-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON f/k/a THE BANK OF NEW YORK as Trustee for FIRST HORIZON ALTERNATIVE MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2005-AA4, is the Plaintiff and Edward M. Zimmerman, First Tennessee Bank National Association Successor in Interest to First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, S. B. Club Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 29th day of May, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 228, BUILDING 3, OF SUN BAY CLUB, UNIT I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3303, PAGE 1857, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
