NOTICE IS GIVEN, pursuant to Section 45.031 (2) (c), Florida Statutes, that the Clerk of Court will offer the following described property in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 32, Block 5102, of Port Charlotte Subdivision Section 95, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 1A, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on June 10, 2019 at 11:00 A.M., at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, pursuant to the Final Judgment in this action entered on April 24, 2019.
