NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2019, and entered in 2018CA004045AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF WALTER S. CHUCK, DECEASED.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on June 11, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 4, SOUTHWOOD VILLAGE, AS PER REPLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, TO-WIT:
BEGIN AT THE SW CORNER OF SAID LOT 4, BLOCK 4, OF SOUTHWOOD VILLAGE AS PER REPLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 60, THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 4, BLOCK 4, 75.35 FEET TO A POINT 44.3 FEET SOUTHWESTERLY FROM NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 4, BLOCK 4, THENCE SOUTHERLY 90.26 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SW LINE OF LOT 4 WHICH IS 37 FEET SOUTHEASTERLY FROM POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY 37 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

BEGIN AT THE NE CORNER OF LOT 5, BLOCK 4, THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 5, 44.3 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG A LINE WHICH MAKES AN INTERIOR ANGLE OF 23° 40', WITH LAST DESCRIBED LINE, 46.59 FEET TO A POINT ON SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF SOUTHWOOD DRIVE; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF SOUTHWOOD DRIVE, 18.8 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
