NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 21, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2015CA002453AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”), is Plaintiff, and DEBORAH R. WILLIG, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN 130 YARDS EAST OF SW CORNER OF SE 1/4; THENCE NORTH 375 FEET, EAST 155 FEET, SOUTH 242 FEET, EAST 6 FEET, SOUTH 133 FEET, THENCE WEST 161 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 25 FEET FOR 33RD STREET WEST.

BEGIN 551 FEET EAST OF THE SW CORNER OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST; THENCE NORTH 133 FEET; THENCE WEST 6 FEET; THENCE NORTH 242 FEET; THENCE EAST 193 1/2 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 180 FEET; THENCE WEST 55 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 195 FEET; THENCE WEST 132 1/2 WEST TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

BEGIN 582.5 FEET EAST OF THE SW CORNER OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH 195 FEET, THENCE EAST 100 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 195 FEET. THENCE WEST 100 FEET TO THE P.O.B. LESS 25 FEET FOR 33RD STREET WEST.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
