NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 18, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2016CA002830000000 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC ASET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-8, Plaintiff and WILLIAM BOSS and SHARON BOSS, et al. are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on May 23, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE EAST ¼ OF THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE EAST 75 FEET; THENCE NORTH 200 FEET; THENCE WEST 75 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 200 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS AND EXCEPT ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
