YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Administration of the ESTATE OF WILLIAM JOSEPH WEBB, DECEASED, FILE NO. 19-CP-1094 is pending in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Probate Division, the address of which Clerk of the Circuit Court, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112. The Personal Representative of the Estate is KECIA LYNN ELLIOTT, whose post office address is 315 East Fourth Street, Perryville, Kentucky, 40468.
All creditors of the Decedent and other persons having claims or demands against Decedent's Estate on whom a copy of this Notice is served within three months after the date of the first publication of this Notice must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
