NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on May 23, 2019 at eleven o'clock a.m. held in the lobby of the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit No. 306 VANDERBILT SURF COLONY, Section II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration recorded in Official Records Book 916, at Pages 1511 through 1606, inclusive, and as subsequently amended or modified, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and an undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium.
