NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11th, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA003204CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-ACC1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-ACC1 is Plaintiff and CLAIRE M. ELLIOTT; ROBERT P. ELLIOTT; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO. A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
