NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 24, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018 CA 004977 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and JAIME T. RAMOS; MARLON RAMOS; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on May 24, 2019 at 09:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK 865, FIRST REPLAT IN SIXTEENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 12, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
